The amount of time and frequency of services  depends on the patients’ needs. Recommendations are based after completing a comprehensive evaluation. Sessions usually last 30-45 mins and are provided in a 1:1 to reduce distractions and maximize participation. 

No, all early intervention evaluations are FREE after your child enrolls in the State of Illinois early intervention (EI) program.  If your child is identified with a delay, the family may be subject to a family participation fee by the State of Illinois EI program. Your service coordinator will be able to determine your family fee, if applicable. The family fee has been waived for all Illinois residents since the covid 19 pandemic. No additional fees are incurred by the family for therapy services. 

Except for children enrolled in the State of Illinois Early Intervention (EI) program, we are private pay only. Fees are collected at the time of service utilizing either a credit card number that is securely stored, check or cash. 

If you wish to use your insurance, we will provide a superbill and any applicable clinical document so you can directly submit claims to your insurance. Please check with your insurance for out-of-network benefits. Out-of-network rates are determined by your insurance provider. We encourage you to directly contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits and coverage. Patients are responsible for charges that are not covered by their insurance. 

Disclaimer: Many insurance plans exclude diagnoses that are considered developmental, such as phonological impairments or receptive/expressive language delays.  They may also require pre-authorization. We can provide you with all the necessary diagnostic and procedure codes.

No, unfortunately, we do not bill Medicaid or accept medical cards at this time.  You may elect to decline using your insurance benefits and accept the private pay rate.
